We've been involved in the development of the tools of ActBlue, BlueStateDigital, and Salsa Labs--we even designed their user interfaces. Whatever tool platform you choose, we can help; if you need help choosing, ask us.
We designed the templates for DLCCweb 1 and 2 as well as Salsa's Site-in-a-Box. We designed the interfaces for Salsa and its upcoming revision, DLCCweb, iOrganize, and much of ActBlue's functionality.
In short, we get around but because we work sub-contract for so many consultants, we try to keep a low profile and have never pitched work directly. We do get a great deal of referrals though.
