All of our projects have two things in common: our clients are trying to create change and we believe in their mission. Our work had previously been out of the reach of smaller non-profits and down-ballot campaigns, but new tools like Nationbuilder mean that we're now delivering complete sites with tools for almost half our old costs and in less time.

The majority of our work is with communications and strategy firms that serve the progressive non-profit and political space. While we don’t seek work directly, we do accept projects via referral and from folks who’ve sought us out because they've liked our other work. We believe in using the best tool for a project and maintain a mix of platforms. Our three main CRM options are based on our strong links to them, having helped to develop or expand them as either partners or employees. While we use some others as well, these are our preferred options. For almost all our custom CMS work we use Drupal, the standard in enterprise class content management in our sector.

We know online action and it's part of almost every project we do. We've helped to develop many of the tools used by the left and we can help you to fully leverage them.

Steve Ofner is the Design Partner. He left BlueStateDigitial to found LiberalArt to focus solely on non-profits and campaigns he believed in. He has two decades of Design and Information Architecture experience.
Ron Smith is the Tech Partner and was a pioneer in dynamic content on the web. He’s worked on the web since its early days in startups and consultancies helping clients leverage the internet.
Robin Ofner is the Client Partner and handles Project Management. She has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and 12 years experience in Technology and Management consulting.
